Some Technical Aspects to Consider When Filling in the Quotation:
C – Selecting Pallet Table Thickness; a thickness of 4 cm for pallets with a length of less than 130 cm and 4.5 or 5 cm for pallets with a height of more than 130 cm is recommended.
D – Selecting Pallet Sheet Metal Thickness; a thickness of 2.5 or 3 mm for pallets with a table length of less than 130 cm, and 3 or 3.5 mm thickness for tables with a long table length is recommended.
E – Selecting Inner Supporting Bar; applying on tables less than 130 cm in length is unnecessary. It is recommended to apply at least 2 supporting bar pieces.
F – Selecting Square Tube Profile Size; It is recommended to choose 30×40 for a table length of less than 100 cm, if a table length is longer, choose 40×40 or 40×60.
G – Selecting The Square Tube Profile Legs Sheet Metal Thickness; It is recommended to choose a profile leg with a sheet metal thickness of 2.5 mm for 30×40 or 40×40, and a sheet metal thickness of 3 mm for 40×60.
H – Selecting Pallet Leg Height; recommended leg height is 23 – 25 cm for the production such as blocks, pavers, and 27-30 cm for the production of curbs.
