Some Technical Aspects to Consider When Filling in the Quotation:
C – Selecting Pallet Table Thickness; a thickness of 4 cm for pallets with a length of less than 130 cm and 4.5 or 5 cm for pallets with a height of more than 130 cm is recommended.
D – Selecting Pallet Sheet Metal Thickness; a thickness of 2.5 or 3 mm for pallets with a table length of less than 130 cm, and 3 or 3.5 mm thickness for tables with a long table length is recommended.
E – Selecting Inner Supporting Bar; applying on tables less than 130 cm in length is unnecessary. if it’s higher than 130 cm 2 supporting bar pieces are recommended.
F – Selecting Pallet Runners Height; If the length of the table is less than 100 cm is suggested to choose a size of 3,5 or 4 cm, and if the length of the pallet table is greater, then a size of 4,5 or 5 cm is recommended.
G – Selecting Pallet Runners Width; selecting the same pallet runners’ width as the selected pallet runners’ height is recommended. (for ex: 4×4) – Width can be customized upon request for special productions. Please indicate this in the description.
H – Selecting the Distance of Pallet Runners; the production measurements of the machine are taken into consideration. The exact measurement between the two runners placed opposite each other should be taken into account.
