Some Technical Aspects to Consider When Filling in the Quotation:
C – Selecting Pallet Table Thickness; a thickness of 4 cm for pallets with a length of less than 130 cm and 4.5 or 5 cm for pallets with a height of more than 130 cm is recommended.
D – Selecting Pallet Sheet Metal Thickness; a thickness of 2.5 or 3 mm for pallets with a table length of less than 130 cm, and 3 or 3.5 mm thickness for tables with a long table length is recommended.
E – Selecting Inner Supporting Bar; applying on tables less than 130 cm in length is unnecessary. It is recommended to apply at least 2 supporting bar pieces.
F – Selecting Flat Bar Size; It is recommended to choose 5 cm for a table length of less than 100 cm, if a table length is longer, select a size 6 cm.
G – Selecting Flat Bar Sheet Metal Thickness; It is recommended that if the selection is 5 cm, then 5 mm should be chosen, and if the selection is 6 cm, then 6 mm is the preferred option.
H – Selecting Pallet Leg Height; recommended leg height is 23 – 25 cm for the production such as blocks, pavers, and 27-30 cm for the production of curbs.
